Unfortunately, i am getting many different providers using sendfox but the sent email handle is the same \u002D as being from \u0022mail@sendfoxmail.com\u0022 so when i press \u0022find emails from\u0022 in gmail it brings up the emails of everyone using sendfoxmail\u000a\u000aSo what happens is people use different names \u002D but the email usually stays fixed and thats what i base the filter on. Unfortunately, with sending Fox emails \u002D that is not possible. Hey, regb_oz — it\u0027s challenging to control our senders. And it\u0027s further challenging to build burner emails into SendFox. What we\u0027re doing right now is working really well generally, so we plan to keep it. Burner email addresses become complicated and complex to build at this time.\u000a\u000aHere\u0027s why we made the decision we did, if it helps explain...\u000a\u000aWe use the sendfoxmail.com domain for unvalidated because its IP and Domain Reputation ratings as seen by Google are \u0022High\u0022. I\u0027ve talked about this a lot, but this is unprecedented in the email marketing space.\u000a\u000aThe key above is unvalidated senders. If you see someone using a sendfoxmail.com email address, send them a response and let them know to validate their email address. Any sender has the option to validate, and we give easy instructions on our site for anyone to validate: https://sendfox.helpscoutdocs.com/search?query\u003Dvalidation\u000a\u000aOnce they validate it\u0027ll send from their domain name.
