Q: Find this sendfox for RECEIVING emails EXTREMELY ANNOYING and frustrating for using filters.

1. I use filters to direct incoming mail.
2. I have setup to direct incoming mail into different folders. The from address.
3. as people change from descriptions of names but use the same FROM address
4. Unfortunately, i am getting many different providers using sendfox but the sent email handle is the same - as being from "mail@sendfoxmail.com" so when i press "find emails from" in gmail it brings up the emails of everyone using sendfoxmail

So what happens is people use different names - but the email usually stays fixed and thats what i base the filter on. Unfortunately, with sending Fox emails - that is not possible. I have to readjust the filters to whatever reply mail they are using but it still doesnt fix the "find emails from" function in gmail.

So i get different emails each time and have to manually direct the mail -
eg.
email 1 from mail@sendfoxmail.com from "john brown"
email 2 from mail@sendfoxmail.com from "john podcast"
email 3 from mail@sendfoxmail.com ANOTHER BLOGGERS mail
etc

You need to give people a unique burner address
eg. bob223@sendfoxmail.com or something so gmail can ID it better
not only on finding emails from - but also the filters.

A: Hey, regb_oz — it's challenging to control our senders. And it's further challenging to build burner emails into SendFox. What we're doing right now is working really well generally, so we plan to keep it. Burner email addresses become complicated and complex to build at this time.

Here's why we made the decision we did, if it helps explain...

We use the sendfoxmail.com domain for unvalidated because its IP and Domain Reputation ratings as seen by Google are "High". I've talked about this a lot, but this is unprecedented in the email marketing space.

The key above is unvalidated senders. If you see someone using a sendfoxmail.com email address, send them a response and let them know to validate their email address. Any sender has the option to validate, and we give easy instructions on our site for anyone to validate: https://sendfox.helpscoutdocs.com/search?query=validation

Once they validate it'll send from their domain name. Hope that helps.
