Q: Greetings Sendfox Team, Thanks for making this offer possible.

I am seriously considering moving from MailerLite to Sendfox. But I just have one question.

I can see that there are different tiers, all the way up to 25,000 subscribers (all Tiers being based on $49 / 5000 Subscribers/Contacts).

And I can also see that one of the options is the ability to upgrade or downgrade between Tiers... (which is Great!)

I just want to know if there is a time limit to when I need to upgrade or downgrade at these price-points.

For example: Do I need to do that in within the next 60 days, or can I do that at any time in the future at the same price-points as today, or on the day that I purchase?

Like -- in a year from now -- if I wanted or needed to upgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 5 -- would I be able to do that at the same $49 / 5000 Contacts price?

Thank you for clarifying this for me.

Have An Excellent Day!

A: Hello,

Thank you for considering SendFox as your email marketing platform. We appreciate your interest and we're here to help.

Regarding your question, there is no time limit to upgrade or downgrade between tiers in SendFox. You have the flexibility to make changes to your tier at any time in the future, according to your needs. Whether you decide to upgrade or downgrade, you can do so at the same price-points as today. So, if in a year from now you want to upgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 5, you will be able to do that at the same $49 for 5000 contacts price per tier.

The only time you will be asked to upgrade is if your contact limit is about to be reached.

We understand the importance of scalability and the changing needs of your business, so we want to provide you with the freedom to adjust your tier whenever necessary.

Just to add an important detail to this:

Downgrading is like refunding a purchase. This would only be possible if you are within our 60-day refund period based on the original purchased date. Once that period has lapsed, you would no longer be able to downgrade your lifetime license.

Hope that helps.
