A: Hi, tomitela!

On CSV import, we assume you already have consent and will not require them to double opt-in. You can import them without issue.

On the Lifetime deal, any NEW subscribers who join your list via API, form, or integration will have to follow double opt-in. You can configure the double opt-in message in your dashboard. And, the Empire Add-On at $10 per month for Sumo-lings (~50% off the normal price) will give you optional double opt-in plus other bonus features. Enjoy!
