Hello, I keep getting this message when I try to integrate a Convert Pro pop-up with SendFox: "Could not insert term into the database." I have ensured the licenses are correct on both and that the API is correct. I've optimised the databases and cleared the cache. I have deleted and uploaded all the plugins to double-check. Is there something else I should try, please? Thank you in advance for your time.

The current version of SendFox does not support popup forms, but you can always use any other form and connect it with your SendFox list.
