You are now offering custom branding for 2 codes, but you refuse to apply this to my account, despite me supporting you in the early days, and actually never having had a chance to use the product (because I need custom branding).
What is the reason why you won't honour your previous customers?
I appreciate you just emailed to say that the best you can do is upgrade me if I buy two more codes (directly from you) but that's another $180 and you won't even give me a discount despite not getting them through AppSumo.
So, you're telling me that I need 4 codes just to get custom branding?!
Is that really how you want to treat loyal supporters from the early days?
How are you going to treat the people investing now?
