Q: How to edit the "Please confirm your subscription" email?
My subscribers are Spanish speaking mainly.

You can change the front-facing language for subscribers in your settings as a Lifetime customer. All you have to do is change the language to Spanish (or any other language), and it translates the entire product for you automatically... including the subscription confirmation emails. Voila!

But, is there a way to edit those emails?
Totally, barbacastillo. You can find the confirmation email in your dashboard, and it allows you near-complete edit ability.
The only restriction -- obviously and unsurprisingly -- for the confirmation email is that it has a confirmation URL so the user can confirm. As long as you include that, you have full flexibility. Enjoy!
