Q: I see that when a user unsubscribes from a list, he'll be deleted from the ENTIRE account.
However, as you offer up to 10 domains, and a user unsubscribes from a list on domain 1, will he still be deleted from lists on domains 2-10?

This is a good question.
First let me clarify that SendFox will not DELETE contacts. If a subscriber unsubscribes, that subscriber will be unsubscribed only - but from your entire SendFox account, regardless of how many domains you have validated on it.
But I know what you mean here. A subscriber may not be interested in one topic but wants to keep receiving newsletters about a different topic all from the same account. So the subscriber should be allowed to unsubscribe from the topic they don't want to see. But stay subscribed to topics they love. I understand.
This feature has actually been requested on our feature requests page here: https://roadmap.sendfox.com/ideas/639765a46bec9c001331d092. We would love it if you could upvote that feature so it gets a high demand. The more votes it gets, the more likely it will be developed sooner than the others.

Wait a minute -- if I have List A about racing cars and List B about gardening and someone subscribes to the TWO DIFFERENT LISTS and then unsubscribes from one, they will be unsubscribed from BOTH? In what universe does that even make sense? I've just started making heavier use of SF but if what I described is true, I can't build my business with that kind of insane limitation.
I asked that question on Apr 9, 2023, and I'm really curious what their response will be in 2025. TBH, I didn't even start using the app, due to the above. Maybe they'll give me a reason to use it, if it's solved.

If I were you, for $49 I would have separate accounts for each business. That way you can sell one list(business) in the future just by handing over the sendfox credentials.
