With higher tiers your ability to what you can do with platform dramatically increases. AI is a huge cost, I would strongly recommend going for the highest tier if you want more AI characters.

I don't think the first 2 tiers are actually unusable. With this tool you can optimize content just like you do with other apps, but without the AI concept.
