YogacommeChatQ: Is support having issues ?
Hi there !
I've been using Sendfox for 4 years now without any issues.
Lately, I got some troubles delivering emails to 3 subscribers, getting 2 types of bounce error code.
I went through the documentation without any success.
Used the chatbot for help, didn't help.
Sent a detailed email to support over a week ago and never got any response.
Can someone in the team help out ?
Is there a temporary support issue ?

Something suspicous is going on... all of a sudden the previously-working support email is returned as "delivery failure". This is literally the only way to get support for a PAID PRODUCT. Very concerning and I think this could be illegal behaviour....
There's definitely something unusual going on.
It's a shame because I always loved appsumo originals and I really hope it will get sorted out.š¤
