Is there a way to remove my personal address from the banner / footer at the end of emails? The support bot gave instructions that are impossible to follow (tells me to click on buttons that aren't there...)

According to the CAN-SPAM Act: A Compliance Guide for Business, your email message must include your valid physical postal address.
This can be your current street address, a post office box you've registered with the U.S. Postal Service, or a private mailbox you've registered with a commercial mail receiving agency established under Postal Service regulations.
So you can remove your personal address and replace it in the SendFox account settings with your business address.
If you have issues finding the account settings in your SendFox account, please look for the hamburger icon at the right upper corner of your dashboard when in your SendFox account and click on it. The icon will expand upon clicking and show you your option to choose "settings."
Click on settings, and the next screen will give you the possibility to change and update your account address.
