Q: Just got Tier 5 - Concerns please respond
I just received tier 5 but now I am scared. Here are some the issues I am reading but have no idea if they are being fixed or if this product is even evolving. Seems like no new features were added. The road map is 2 years old. Any other product on here would be taken off.
Below is what concerns me as a business owner and I am only putting here in hopes it is being address before I use it.
* It is said you can't edit subscribers and add pictures (are we not allowed to edit the images? makes no sense)
* The support response issues are vast
* The ability to create popups is non existent
* Big issue with emails being sent especially confirmation ones - not good
* There are issues with how fast the opt in email is sent
* Not answering the reviews that are bad is a concern too - aren't you part of Appsumo. Why are you not addressing this?

Thanks for your questions here, and your comments about SendFox. To answer your question directly, we *do* still update SendFox — and all our actively-sold Originals products.
We admittedly are not great about updating the deal page, because we spend our time behind-the-scenes making sure that we're focusing on our time on updating code, improving features, launching fixes with our small team.
Looking at our GitHub right now, I see dozens of updates, fixes, and improvements that were recently launched for SendFox. We can do a better job in the future of sharing this more visibly, but we are still updating and improving SendFox.

That is the worst excuse for the lack of communication and updates on the app, whilst avoiding the obvious. What is going on, Appsumo? Can you please send an update addressing our issues? I have two tier 4 accounts and am very hesitant to use them.

David, not addressing questions and issues in reviews takes away from the confidence people have in SendFox. This affects sales negatively which in turn make it difficult for your team to continue development. You should change this immediately and be more visible and present for users. It goes without saying that you need to focus on quick turnaround times for support related emails.

In the effort of transparency as I feel everyone deserves this answer and not sure why they are not posting here when I asked them to for everyone to share in the info. When I tried to post here it doesn't give me enough room to post their answer back to me. It basicially discounted the issues in a nutshell. I will try to amend my original post and copy and paste the response. Hopefully that works
