Number of contact limitation question : what is a contact ? Is a contact \u0022someone currently in my mailing list\u0022 or is a contact \u0022someone i send an email via this tool one day\u0022 ? In other words, if i send campaign 1 to 3000 contacts, then delete 1000 of these contacts from all mailing lists, do i use 3000 or 2000 contact slots ? Thanks to advise :)

We are happy to assist and explain.\u000a\u000aEvery SendFox account has limited contact slots available for adding contacts, and this is defined by the license you hold.\u000aLet\u0027s say your account has 5K contact slots available. This means you can upload up to 5K contacts to your account before you have to upgrade it.\u000a\u000aContacts are all the total contact numbers you currently have in your account in all the lists you have. It has nothing to do with email sending, and yes, you may refer to them as \u0022someone currently in all your mailing lists.\u0022.\u000a\u000aIn case you delete 3000 contacts from your imaginary account that can hold 5k contacts, you will have free 3000 contact slots to fill in with new subscribers.\u000a\u000aWe trust this will help. \u000a\u000aWith kind regards!
