- Hello, I am unable to retrieve any login code that it sends me to log into my account. I have already checked spam, junk, deleted messages, and filters at the server level. There are no emails coming from Sendfox with the code, and no matter how many times I resend it, it's not sending anything. We have been unable to send any emails to our customer base because of the inability to log into the account. This is not acceptable for a small business who relies on email communication to customers.
- In your 6 years, what major feature have you guys release? Founded 2018 and when checking the feature wise, this app is way too slow in development. Additionally, the schedule and automation is too basic. Checking the roadmap page, there's a lot of request and up votes but its just ignored. Better remove your request feature page. No coincidence, the reviews are getting bad. Come on guys, release some advance features.

Also, your DPA at https://sendfox.com/dpa does not clearly state any measures covering the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). This means you still rely on SCCs, so using your service in the EU does not protect against potentially costly warnings. Please provide the required information (DPF register) and/or update your DPA to reflect compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I really appreciate this because I love Sendfox and want to keep using it.
- Hello, 1) I have a tier 1 subscription but need to upgrade. I am thinking of buying tier 2. Is stacking allowed? So if I have 5000 contacts with tier 1 and if I buy tier 2 and stack them, will I have 15000 total contacts or not? 2) If stacking is not allowed then does this mean that I simply upgrade to tier 2 and get 10,000 total contacts? 3) If yes what it the price I will pay? Right now tier 2 is $98. I was install told that I will have to pay the difference between tier 2 and tier 1's price? 4) However, when I click on buy tier 2 I see the entire price of $98 there and not the difference.
