Q: So here's the situation I'm in.
I have 5 or 6 clients that send marketing emails 'infrequently' (maybe once every three months). I use different tools to do this. What I'm looking for is a single platform/service that can do this. Could have 5 or 6 clients under one login (mine) that I can create different campaigns for?

Technically this is allowable. However, you will have to be responsible for the deliverability rates of those newsletters. If one of the users gets a bad deliverability and triggers Optimization, this will Optimize the entire account affecting the others.
We do not encourage this as this would also disclose your sensitive information on the account. SendFox is not really designed for this strategy, so it would be risky on your part.
Hi Garry,
Thanks very much for the reply. I totally get where you're coming from, especially on deliverability. That being said... as I would be the only person creating the campaigns, managing lists, etc and sending them, I'm not too concerned about optimisation. I probably wasn't clear in my original post - I wouldn't let me customers anywhere near a mailing list!

Hi simon.howe,
In that case, you're all good. As long as you maintain your account yourself.
Hope that helps.
Hi Garry, maybe I didn't understand the question that was asked. How is this situation different from segmentation? And how would optimization ever be a bad thing? Thanks so much!

Hi there,
In SendFox, segmentation is done by adding contacts into Lists. When sending newsletters, they are sent to List or Lists.
Optimization is actually not a bad thing at all. To learn more about Optimization, please watch our video on Youtube about this topic: https://youtu.be/98kU0MWy7ZY.
Hope that helps.
