I purchased 3 lifetime subscriptions that were supposed to be for unlimited emails, back in 2020. Their platform was pretty basic for the first 6 years, they recently updated it to be on par with other newsletter platforms regarding the options for customization. During those 6 years they were testing it on those who purchased it early on. Now that they have updated their user interface, I just received an email and a notification on their website that they want me to pay $40/month. Apparently they capped the amount of emails you’re allowed to send without telling anyone. According to their own policy people like myself who purchased the lifetime legacy were supposed to get grandfathered in, but that does not seem to be what’s happening and they are not responding to emails asking for help. Instead they’re giving a deadline, ‘pay by this date or service will be interrupted.’ They have no loyalty to the customers who stayed with them while they worked out all their issues and their server crashes along the way.
