Every unsubscribe count
You get what you pay. If someone unsubscribes that one still counts on the 5000, plus there's no way to remove it automatically after the unsubscribe click.

May 9, 2024Hi, user563! This is correct — we count aggregate contacts, which helps prevent abuse on our platform. Since our email tool is the most affordable out there (literally 10-100x less expensive than the competitors), we have a lot of people who try to join our tool and abuse it. We have a few checks in place to make sure we ban them immediately, but counting all contacts is one way we make sure people aren't spamming cold lists.
You CAN use the "Clean List" functionality to remove any inactives, which can help keep your contact limit in check. But being a lifetime deal tool, it's pretty darn inexpensive already, too. 😉
