Not sure about the upgrade ..
Not sure about the upgrade that I purchased. I was hoping to get the HTML editor in this package. But I must do more upgrading or spend more money. That would be fine, but I have a small artistic community that I write to with about 200 members. I think for now I'm on the fence about the pros and cons of upgrading. The reason for the 3/5 tacos is because of the issue with not truly understanding what I got and what I had before with the editor and paying the difference. Don't really care about adding more users than having better features.

Thank you for your honest review.
Empire addon allows us to get monthly revenue to make sure our costs don't get too extreme. If we could have afforded to give away the HTML editor, we would. But the financials simply don't make sense. This is also why 99% of email tools out there that DO offer you email editor also charge high monthly fees for their service in general.
Hope that helps explain our decision. 100% of our revenue is focused on building a better product, not just making more money. 🙂
