I want to update my previous review with what happened after I posted it.
After reaching out to SendFox support about the HTML editor issue, their Customer Experience Manager Luka followed up personally, acknowledged the problem, and restored HTML editing access to our account. We tested it immediately and our full custom HTML template rendered perfectly.
The initial experience was frustrating, especially as a brand new customer who purchased just days before the change. But the way our issue was handled, with honesty, a personal follow-up, and a real resolution, reflects well on their support team.
I can only speak to our own experience, but for us they made it right.

We purchased SendFox through AppSumo for our non-profit Raiders booster club and used it successfully to send our monthly newsletter and occasional announcements to our members.
The HTML editor was a key feature we relied on to create branded, professional-looking emails. It worked well and allowed us to maintain a consistent look and feel that represented our club properly.
Recently the interface changed completely. The HTML editor no longer functions the way it did. When we paste our custom HTML code, the styling does not render correctly. Background colors are stripped, text content disappears, and the layout breaks. What used to work now does not work.
We have contacted SendFox support and are waiting to hear back. But as it stands, a feature that worked when we purchased the product no longer works. For a club that depends on clean, professional email communications to stay connected with its members, this is a significant problem.
We hope SendFox resolves this soon. Until then, we cannot recommend the product in its current state.
