SendFox Not Improving
I bought Tier 5, customer service was great at the beginning. However, I sent multiple emails asking for help lately, no reply. My guess was they do not know how to help. I did many test, somehow my clients say my emails went to Junk or Spam folder. It was not like that before, it was fine when I first started with SendFox. I did domain verification, it was okay. I did many test for my own emails, But it went to junk/spam folder also. I tested the subject and email content - I got high marks with no issues. Hence, I am not sure what happened to SendFox now, are that going to fix the issues, perhaps technical issues? I have already passed the refund date. Otherwise, I will ask for a refund. Is it possible to refund please?

May 9, 2024Hi, mastersarahchung.
First, I want to be very clear: The title of SendFox not improving is unquestionably false. We HAVE continued to improve SendFox over time — for about three years now. I just did a quick check in one of our GitHub repositories, and we've released multiple updates over the past 30 days (Smart Campaign scheduling issue, backend improvements, etc.).
I want to be very, very, VERY clear that SendFox has, and will continue, to improve. So people browsing this page do not get a false impression that we're not improving it (again, we are).
As for your question...
I just took a look at our backend mailing reputation. Google Postmaster Tools still shows SendFox's domain and IP reputations as "High", which is the highest mark an email tool can have for Google.
I've also checked our IP blacklists for all our IPs, and outside of a few minor IPs, there's nothing that's noteworthy of causing major deliverability issues:

http://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/167.89.35.240.html

My suggestion is to make sure you're using tools like mail-tester.com, isnotspam.com, sendcheckit.com, or paid tools like Litmus or 250ok to check your content or your own domain reputation to make sure any deliverability issues. On our side, everything appears normal on deliverability.
