At first I ran into some issues when I tried to create an account, because I have AdGuard preventing me from access the redeem link. So I had to use incognito to create my account from the "redeem me" link.
After I finish setting up my account, I also set up CNAME record for custom domain.
If you did not set up your custom domain, it will be sent from their Sendfox.com email domain but the reply-to header will be set to the from address that you define in the email.

What I like about the product is
-Simple email editor that include insert image feature that format correctly
-Scheduling feature for sending out email campaign
-Unlimited email send because it is based upon contact list
-Recipient activity tracking

What I think can be better is
-have public roadmap that is easy to find from the website
-ability to bulk manage the contact list and the subscriber
-ability to reset stats because I don't want my test email to be count toward email open or click
-no place to add additional code from the user account billing section (stacking)

Something that only subscriber can see
-Reminder: Lifetime plan charges $10.00 for every 1,000 contacts over your current max of 5,000.
Does the $10 charge for 1000 contacts monthly price or it will stack there and increase my max for lifetime as well?

Overall, I really like the product and this is the missing piece from my marketing solution. Well worth $49 for LTD
I really want to see more on their roadmap so I can feel like I am partt of the journey and grow with you guys.
