Zero Support from AppSumo Team
I've been trying to transfer my SendFox Tier 1 access to another personal email address for several months now. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have received no response to my requests. As a result, I'm currently in limbo - unable to access the Tier 1 features through either my original purchase email or my new email address.
While SendFox's platform itself may have merit, the complete lack of customer support is concerning, especially considering this is a paid service. I've exhausted all available support channels before resorting to writing this review. A simple email transfer request shouldn't require months of waiting without any acknowledgment.
I would gladly revise this review if the company addresses this issue, as I believe in giving businesses a chance to make things right. However, potential customers should be aware of these support limitations before making a purchase decision.
