I'd jump on the annual plan in a hot minute if it was grandfathered. Unfortunately the limits for the Lifetime plan are too low so not as appealing - which is a shame because SiB is great.

Indeed, the free plan you are offering on your website has a higher limit: 300 emails per day times 30 days is 9000 emails per month. The LTD does have premium features but at the end of the day, it is all about the monthly email limit. Unfortunately, you won't win me over as a paying customer with this offer.
I would love to see you and your team reconsider this offer. Even if you can't lock in the annual renewal rate. Maybe you could give all sumolings a locked-in discount on the regular rates after year 1.
