Nope. Maybe a taco bell taco, but notta real taco.

Trash. Customer service is horrible. I've been trying to get help with my account and had to wait a week for the agent to email me back saying "sorry for the delay, I've been on vacation" - really?! I can't access my account anymore and they won't help me recover the account. Customer service claims they "asked upper management" and aren't able to help me gain access. So, everything is lost including the purchase for this app. I DO NOT recommend. It wasn't the best anyway, a lot of my customers info would randomly get deleted and they would tell me on social media "I didn't know you were having a sale, I never got an email". I would check and sure enough, they would be deleted, I would have to add them again, and again. I'm not sure why this kept happening and it pissed me off because a lot of these customers would spend a lot of money from my emails. Now that I lost access to this account, I have to start over. I sent screenshot, provided so much info, even told them they could delete everything, change my account info, do whatever so that I could gain access to my account and, nope. No help. There is no way to recover your account if you lose access, they won't help you - YES even in the days of accounts being hacked, you'll be screwed. IF they do another AP deal, purchase at your own risk.

Absourd awesome mail platform

People who complain about limits, in my opinion, aren't aware of the Sendinblue greatness, stability and longevity of the tool. I use Sendinblue since 2016 and I couldn't be more satisfied with the affordability of the company and its continuous efforts to develop and improve the platform day after day.

Improve email delivery and really GDPR compliant

Hi, there are more email marketing platforms. But Sendinblue servers are located in EU so this is really GDPR compliant. Why does this matter? This article gives a nice overview on that subject
https://matomo.org/blog/2020/07/storing-data-on-us-cloud-servers-dont-comply-with-gdpr/

As I'm operating in the EU the datacenter location should be in Europe. So Sendinblue is my choice!

Amazing Product, Thank you Sendinblue!

I couldn't be happier with SendinBlue. In my case i'm using it for my transactions e-mails for my e-learning site and they work like a charm. I also love the detailed reports, so i can see that my students are actually opening the e-mails from the orders.

And they also have integration with Wordpress and Woocommerce. They also have automations lie abandoned cart and so on. An established and mature e-mail solution, that will fit well for any user case.

Poor support and bait-and-switch for transactional emails

I purchased this to use for their transactional email service, and discovered they are adding an automatic unsubscribe link (via a List-Unsubscribe header) to their transactional emails! This makes their transactional email service completely unusable, because you can't have customers unsubscribing from those (e.g. order confirmations, invoices, password resets, etc.).

When I asked about how to disable this, I got this response from their customer support: "Also, I would like to add, on shared IP sending, there is no possibility of removing the unsubcribe link, this is something we don't allow sadly," but "We might have some options if, the sending is done on dedicated IP [starts at $251 a year] and also, includes restriction of sending content." Nowhere is this mentioned in Sendinblue docs (only this: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209502605-Manage-your-transactional-email-unsubscriptions -- implying the opposite; that unsubscribing from transactional emails has to be enabled if you want it.

I feel really misled by this. Even worse, emails to certain email service providers that have no deliverability issues when I switch to my other transactional email service are being blocked (not arriving at all) or going to spam when I use Sendinblue. I also reached out to customer support about this, and received the completely unhelpful response that "To fix this emails ending in SPAM, could you please ensure the contacts have added your sender email as a contact on their email client." ...That is their solution? Yikes.
