Q: Comparison and long-term sustainable?
Hello, could you tell me what is different between HeyReach and Sendpilot? A few years ago, I purchased HeyReach on appsumo and it is still working. Since then, many products have launched, and most fail after one year and they shutdown their services, but the HeyReach product still works. It is simillar and work for LinkedIn. How you will handle this long term, because it costs a lot? Do you have a current clients and funding? How will you run it for a longer time? What is the difference, and how do you compare your product with HeyReach Thank you.

One of the main reasons many tools shut down is that they rely heavily on AI infrastructure with high operating costs. Sendpilot is different in that the core product is LinkedIn outreach infrastructure, which has much more predictable and sustainable operating costs. AI is only used in limited parts of the product (like ICP scoring), and we control those costs carefully.
We already have active paying customers outside of AppSumo, and the AppSumo launch is part of our strategy to accelerate growth.
In terms of comparison with HeyReach: both tools focus on LinkedIn outreach, but Sendpilot also includes features like ICP scoring, lead database, inbound automation (comment-to-DM), AI content tools, and voice notes, in addition to the core outreach functionality.
No founder can promise a product will exist forever, but the product is built with sustainable infrastructure and long-term margins in mind, which is especially important when running a lifetime deal.
