I love it; the main page can no longer be navigated from, though. Something is wrong with the links on the main website. I wish I had bought tier 3, but it absolutely delivers, and I pace the growth.

2,000 credits a month really gives you very limited search features. Even with their internal search database, they charge you credits for extracting the leads. For example, searching and extracting 800 leads costs 1,600 of your 2,000 monthly credits on the lowest tier. Also, the search features are pretty poor in terms of what they actually bring back. For example, I was searching for founders of between 1 and 10 company size, and it was returning lots of companies between 2 and 50, companies with irrelevant search terms. Overall, pretty unimpressed with this product. I think you're better off paying for a monthly subscription To one of the more well-known automation providers

Often the support is lacking. Either totally unresponsive or give a vague resonse a day or two laterr.

I'm only posting a review so someone else might not endure the wasted time that I've had. I cannot even set up an account. I don't see the point of a system where you have to use a session cookie, and then every time you log in you've got to go through the same stupid process. If I could request a refund, I would. So far, no luck getting support. The AI is, like many AI supports, not wonderful. And I'm quite disappointed. The only thing I guess I'm glad of is it's sold out, to stop some other bunnies wasting their money.This is exactly where AppSumo should step in. There is a responsibility inherited. So, very disappointed. It's not the first time I have found a dud. So, disappointing beyond belief.
