Hello Team, I raised a issue in chat in sendpilot related to Sales Navigator Data fetching as well account deleting is showing error, While there is no active campaign for this account.

Tried multiple times. I tried reconnecting multiple times. Please check and fix ASAP.
Contacted via chat support, email but no response.

No support there from team from last 2-3 days. My outreaching is stopped completely

Great Linkedin outreach tool

I have tested multiple tools to grow my Linkedin network avatars and partners, Sendpilot has been a great way of making it possible with ease. Now Im about to test the MCP-connection which I really look forward to.

I also like the ease of reaching out on Linkedin, even though I wish it could be easier to find/search when there are like 32 pages of people.

I tried to use it for my LinkedIn outreach, but it's just frustrating how many bugs Sendpilot has. I am using the Chrome Browser and buttons are not working to start a campaign or choose a LinkedIn profile URL in the menu It's not possible to scroll. If i open up a new window and get back to Sendpilot, I see only a white screen and have to update it (everything is gone then). So I have to work with "tricks" to get a campaign running. And i could not find a function that it only sends messages to contacts, i have never send a message to, which is really important to me.

SENDPILOT sent me a request to buy a Appsumo life time deal. I did that. Then they wrote a few more emails about the fact that I did not qualify for the deal. I told them I understand and they should refund me. For some reason we had problems for almost 3 weeks to get my product activated. Eventually they came back and told me the account was now added. My SendPilot Account clearly has the words Appsumo Tier 1 in my settings. Then I waited again, and today they told me because I purchased the deal from them directly based on the Appsumo Tier 1 conditions, I would not receive any monthly credits which was standard on any LTD that that has tiers. So to cut a long story short -- Sendpilot did not honour the Appsumo deal and did not refund me. It was better to keep my money than honour my refund request and gave me something I dont want.They gave me a Product that I told them that I dont want if its NOT an APPSUMO LIFE TIME Deal. Lately I see more and more LTD where this is happening and I purchased a significant number of these deals and more than 5 of these deals went belly up - where either the company is not honouring the terms of their deals which cost me a lot of money or they went out of business. Appsumo has come to my rescue with one of them and gave me a voucher because the company just failed to respond but still sells LTD.

1. Started using it and it appeared fine, like a decent deal for the offer.
2. Next thing we know, neither of our salespeople (mostly senior) decided they wouldn't use linkedin automation tools like Sendpilot and rejected the use of this, as it might be potentially unsafe.
3. Today, I noticed Sendpilot's "safe" extension got banned from Chrome Store.
The same extension that's meant to capture your cookies to save your linkedin account.

As promising as it might be, I can't recommend it for anyone trying to use this for serios Corporate-level work, until they make their app stable and make security measures clear in the UX and not not something you have to research, ask, and follow their protocols in order not to get banned.
