Q: Connecting with recruiters and assisting with job opportunities
Hi,
When using SendPilot, are you able to connect with recruiters and create campaigns for building relationships or possibly market your skillset to them? Is there a preferred method to doing this, and what process would you recommend? My goal is to build my LinkedIn connection and connect with professionals/recruiters also within my industry.

Here's the approach I'd recommend:
Find the right recruiters first. Use the Lead Database or Lead Extractor to build a list of recruiters in your industry. Filter by job title ("recruiter", "talent acquisition", "headhunter") and industry to keep the list relevant.
Run a connection campaign. Set up a campaign targeting that list with a simple, direct connection request. No pitch in the connection note. Just a short, human message about why you're connecting.
Follow up after they accept. Once connected, send a follow-up message introducing yourself, your background, and what kind of opportunities you're open to. Keep it brief and specific.
A few tips:
- Personalize by niche. Recruiters who specialize in your field will convert far better than generic outreach to all recruiters.
- Don't pitch immediately. Build the connection first, then share your skillset in the follow-up.
- Keep daily volumes conservative. This is relationship building, not mass outreach. Quality matters more than volume here.
Sendpilot handles the sequencing and follow-ups automatically, so once the campaign is set up you stay top of mind without manual effort.
