sales navigator; need account?

I see in the tool its asking me to connect my sales navigator account (with active subscription), I thought i didnt need a sales navigator account to extract leads from your tool? but in your tool it says I need an active sales navigator subscription so Im abit confused here. Please confirm this if we can extract with your tool or not from SN.
