SendPilot is a strong app that’s already delivering real value, even though it still has room to grow. What stands out most is how much it gives back once you start using it properly. There is a learning curve, but it’s not overwhelming, and once you understand the basics, it becomes easy to replicate workflows and scale what you’ve built. The key is being thoughtful during setup, especially when defining the logic and “if-this-then-that” flows, because that’s where the power really comes from.

In my experience, the platform works exactly as advertised, and had delivered more that expected considering the newness of the app. It does what it’s supposed to do, and it does it reliably. One thing I don’t quite understand from other reviews is when people criticize the tool for not knowing how to use it instead of asking for help. The support team has been responsive and helpful every time I’ve reached out. It may not be instant, but responses come quickly enough to keep things moving.

Overall, for the price, it’s a no-brainer. The value you get is tremendous, and I would absolutely recommend.

If the login and account connection can be much more streamlined, it would be way better. Running a test campaign with two accounts right now, and honestly it has been going really good with us.

People are accepting connections, replying to the texts, and responding all getting synced smoothly in the Unibox. Also the content generation part is also good for the Linkedin personal branding that also helps a lot.

Purchased this tool expecting it to handle basic outreach automation, but the core functionality is unreliable. Since March 29, campaigns have stopped working entirely no messages sent, no connection requests, no activity at all. This defeats the entire purpose of the software.

Multiple issues persist without resolution. The platform is unstable, and critical features fail without explanation. More concerning is the lack of support no meaningful response, no fixes, and no accountability despite repeated attempts to get help.

Paid $150 for a tool that does not perform its primary function. Not usable in its current state.

Overall, the software delivers on its core promise, but unfortunately it has several critical shortcomings:

- There is no way to edit contact lists within existing campaigns (e.g., removing prospects).
- Existing campaigns cannot be deleted.
- During multiple test flows, when a prospect accepts the connection and sends even a simple message like “Hi,” the campaign stops for that prospect — even though no condition was set to trigger this behavior.
- The system allows adding the same prospect to multiple campaigns without any warning or restriction, which can easily lead to duplication and poor outreach management.

I believe the software has strong potential, but it does not seem sufficiently tested to be publicly released, especially considering these very basic limitations.

I will continue using it for a couple more weeks to evaluate whether these issues are addressed; otherwise, I will proceed with requesting a refund.

Using SendPilot has completely transformed my LinkedIn outreach! The automated sequences save me so much time, and the unified inbox keeps everything organized. Highly recommend it!
