I finally found a tool to replace the defunct Captain Data. I was very upset because I had a high-tier Captain Data account and suddenly they ceased to exist. This experience has been constant here at APPSUMO. As for SendPilot, I only have praise. I had previously tested Waalaxy and didn't like the UX very much. In SendPilot, everything is very intuitive, the interface is good. I tried extracting leads and the exported CSV had few emails and was a bit messy; perhaps I didn't adjust something correctly. Otherwise, I can say that this tool is excellent and I recommend it to everyone who wants to prospect on LinkedIn. The sequences (making invitations, sending messages, follow-ups, and so on) are very simple and practical. When I needed support, I was attended promptly, practically without any waiting. I wish SendPilot success and a long life!

Using SendPilot has completely transformed my LinkedIn outreach! The automated sequences save me so much time, and the unified inbox keeps everything organized. Highly recommend it!

The software is powerful, but I found it extremely complex and difficult to manage on my own. I tried getting help through Fiverr, Reddit, and the SendPilot group, and I also watched the SendPilot video instructions, but I still struggled to use it effectively.

It’s not a reflection on the support team—they were responsive and professional—but the tool just wasn’t a good fit for my skill level. Ultimately, I may have to request a refund because I couldn’t make it work for my needs.

Great software. It saves me a lot of time and automates my LinkedIn outreach. I’m really grateful for this software so far. The support team is also very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to save time and take their LinkedIn outreach to the next level. For the price, it’s a no-brainer.
