Hello, I have been using the software for 4 weeks, so first the problems.
1. there was a problem with sending contact requests which lasted some 10 days which then got solved.
2. view on a 13 inch pc is not very flattering, text is huge, difficult to keep track of any message in the inbox let alone reply in there. the top part of the screen uses bad the space. This much on the basic usability.
3. I have had different problems with the lead adding from linkedin search link. Many didn't give leads. They are looking at it now.
4. When you start a campaign you give it a name then you're in the views of leads but there is no add leads button or something so you can only choose the already present lists of leads. So in this moment I am a bit stuck waiting for their help.
5. I changed my automation a week ago to not send after some number of messages and this got completely ignored by the software. I hope this will be fixed too.

What I liked:
1. very responsive team ! they work hard to fix problems.
2. it's a product in development so being patient at the moment to judge it.
3. grateful for this tool because it took away some stress about having to write myself and accellerated the process of customer acquisition.
