Lots of bugs, No Support, No Fixes
Purchased this tool expecting it to handle basic outreach automation, but the core functionality is unreliable. Since March 29, campaigns have stopped working entirely no messages sent, no connection requests, no activity at all. This defeats the entire purpose of the software.
Multiple issues persist without resolution. The platform is unstable, and critical features fail without explanation. More concerning is the lack of support no meaningful response, no fixes, and no accountability despite repeated attempts to get help.
Paid $150 for a tool that does not perform its primary function. Not usable in its current state.

We have gone through the campaigns you set up to see if there is any bugs or anything like that but in reality it didn't send any messages because the workflow that you set up was designed that way.
You added the "If Connected" node and if you were connected it sent a message, and if you weren't connected then the sequence stopped. And you were already connected with 81 out of the 82 leads total which means it only sent one message.
If you instead used the "Send Connection Request" after the "If Connected" filter to send a request to the leads you weren't connected and then send a message, more messages would be sent.
