Q: Credit usage per contact or per generated video/page?
Can you explain how the credits work as it was not mentioned in the FAQ. If we take the full stack option and have a list of 5000 contacts that we are reaching out to, will it require credits based on our overall list, or only people who actually open and click on the link in the email?

Typically users will create all the assets they need prior to launching a campaign (e.g. create every video needed when a user responds), that said we are building a workflow which just creates a video page when a user responds YES in Instantly for our own use and will aim to publish that soon, but in the meantime you could build similar via our API if you felt confident with that.
We're also launching credit add ons soon where needed for one off boosts etc which has also been requested.
Thanks for the note - no fake news, we're live with this feature already for our subscribers! It's just required some changes to our actual credit engine to ensure LTD users can receive an initial bucket of lipsync videos without any expiry on these.

We understand you are balancing profitability and most of the benefit of these should be the at-cost tier4 discount or tiers 3+ close to at cost right? since there are many personalizable landing page tools we may have(most CRMs) and the main benefit is the LTD on your video personalization.

Q: Errors on website
I am trying to test out your product and sign up for a free account to see how everything looks before committing to purchase the LTD but nothing is working on your site. I've been waiting for days to get a verification email so that I can log in. Still waiting. On top of that, if I click on the "See for yourself" button on your homepage, I fill out the form, and click send me an example, nothing ever comes into my email.
We have checked logs and all signups have received verification emails, the only edge case is people who have signed up with emails that are invalid and have received bounce backs.
For the See In Action - when a website URL is entered that is not a active/live website it gets blocked also - otherwise all users are receiving fine and we can see in logs these being sent.
If you can us via Live chat we can investigate both the issues but there are no “errors on the website” following a review our side.
I had bought this about 4 months ago as a LTD and had some real issues with the speed of loading. Have you guys bought more storage because I don't see any complaints about this. Specifically i used voice clone only and then sending audio massages on linkedIn, only tested a few and it seemed ok (like the clients called me/booked an appointment, which was brilliant) so my questions are. I asked the question of support but didn't get a reply at all!; Is is loading speed still a problem? Is the support any more responsive?

We've not had any complaints about the speed of loading either.

I have T4, and I'm seeing Sendr branding at the bottom of the custom landing pages I'm creating. Is there a way to turn this off? T4 says "No Sendr branding" so maybe I missing something.
You can definitely remove this on Tier 4 - there is a toggle option for this in our landing page builder, but message us via our chat support if you need any help with this!

Q: Fake News
Can you explain why EVERY WEEK someone asks about lip sync, you say "it's coming next week"?
You sound completely full of... 'fairytales' (is that word ok, mod bot?)
Feels like you guys love to talk the talk. Lots of promises. Zero action.
So my question...why should we trust and invest in you if you can't even provide honest answers and reliable timeframes?

Q: No Sendr branding??
