Q: Annual credits rather than monthly?
Hi, congrats on the (re)launch, the product seems really promising! Unfortunately the credit system for the LTD doesn't work even at the higher tier for some really work even with just 1000 contacts as it's about 5 to 10 credits per contact if we use the platform in its capabilities.
Do the credits roll-over over a certain period (few months) or would it be possible to have a yearly bucket of credits instead of monthly ones? Would at least allows to do a couple campaigns a year and allows a full use of the LTD for them before potentially jumping into monthly if we go above the usage (or buying credits directly).
It would really be amazing!

Aug 20, 2025A: Hi Ekki, thanks for the message! We've put an incredible amount of value in our LTDs with monthly recurring credits for life, AND a bucket of lipsync videos on top which we're about to launch.
We are also launching lipsync video bundle add ons next week and following this will look at credit bolt ons for LTD users to easily be able to add extra credits when needed.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate of course the recurring credits and it's amazing. But for a small non profit like us, we may have just 2 or 3 campaigns a year, it would be amazing if we can maybe at least have rollover credits over two or three months then?
