1. Currently we don't have the option for BYOK / bring your own key but it's definitely something we're considering and interesting to hear that would be useful for you also. So currently the only option for SendrAI is to use our model and credits, but we do like the idea of BYOK so one we'll continue to scope.

For agencies, the recommended setup is a separate workspace per client, since each one stays fully isolated, with its own leads, sequences, pages, branding, and connected accounts. One email login (e.g. yours) can connect to multiple workspaces and switch between them right from the sidebar, so you manage everything from a single account. A few things worth knowing:
You can associate one LTD plan per workspace You can invite unlimited users to a workspace on Tiers 3/4 Even within a workspace you can have multiple custom domains (e.g. for different client page templates) It's just the data separation that makes sense to have one client per workspace
