I hope that team can clarify exactly which new Sendr features are now apparently unavailable to AppSumo customers. I was so excited for the V3 only to find out Channels are now behind a paywall.
Respectfully, I do not fully agree with the infrastructure cost argument when the underlying LinkedIn API itself is free.
I understand there are platform and support costs involved, but many Tier 4 LTD buyers likely expected core channels to be included, especially after purchasing the highest tier.
A one time unlock fee would probably feel much fairer or at least 3 channels as regular users have.

Hi John, what do you mean by $6/month per channel? Whenever I try to add a channel it asks me to update my plan which is $89 USD a month (for giving something I already paid for)

John, you mentioned that all future Pro plans in Tier 3 and 4 would receive updates, and If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates, but then you suddenly changed your mind, which doesn’t seem fair.
At least tier 4 should offer 3 channels.
- You offer a lifetime upgrade, even if the plan name changes, and you include an update to keep evolving, and now you deny us with the excuse of (you have expanded into a completely new category as a multichannel interaction platform), which I find disappointing.
The product is useful, it’s great, the management had been a 10 until now.
