Q: Future tools pay to play?
John, you keep talking about the lip sync videos, but I clearly understand from your replies that you are only going to give AS customers a one time allowance for this, so I have zero interest in this - it's a free trial, not an LTD for the new feature that you seem to be most excited about. This gives me the impression that your business model is to give AS users an LTD with only the basic features and as you add new ones, they will be pay-to-play. Given the nature of the outreach game, this would mean that an LTD makes a lot less sense - 2025 tools may feel new and novel now but as soon as everyone is using them, we will need new tools to break through the noise and same old, same old. The tools you are including now are okay for 2025, but next year, they will feel like personalized emails - wow, you can add my first name... big deal.

Thanks for the note and appreciate your sentiment but here to reassure you that you really don't need to worry about ROI on the roadmap we are building.
Given in the next release we're putting Claygent and a prompt library in to Sendr (i.e. How most users work with Clay), and this autumn deploying an inbuilt automation builder (similar to Zapier) - we are combining multiple powerful GTM tools in to one stack for our users. All our LTDs are aligned to Sendr plans, with Tiers 3 / 4 aligned to our Pro plan, and we are here to deliver longterm value for our LTD users.
Lipsync videos by their nature consume huge amounts of server resource and simply cost us a significant amount to deliver, so the feature is available for our LTDs (of course) and we are at our cost putting an upfront bucket in to every LTD users' hands, as well as offering a 40% discount on future lipsync bundles moving forwards for Sumolings. When you see how good these look, you'll understand the impact. And as mentioned, this is only a part of the incredible Outreach CRM we are building at Sendr - so we'd love to support you moving forwards if you share that vision.
