Q: Have you reached a decision about lip sync credits?

Looks very good and I love the features.
However, I'm not sure I find the de facto non-offer marketing approach with tiers 1 and 2 appealing.
Have you come to a conclusion on lip sync credits?

Aug 7, 2025A: Hey ahc28, really appreciate the feedback on all the different features in the Sendr platform! Meanwhile we are super keen to bring LTDs in on the new personalised lipsync intro videos live this week, but it's a super super expensive feature for us. So what is coming next week is a bucket of lipsync videos for each tier to use once ON TOP of your lifetime credit bundles, and a super big discount on lipsync bundles to use any time in the future.
We have also deployed a fix on the audio sync in our normal dynamic videos and these are available for life in your plan with the audio cloning on these. We've worked super hard to be able to make this all happen for Sumolings and we'll announce early next week once live in plans.

sounds good. If I may suggest, there is currently little reason to upgrade to tier 4 from 3, if you give us an "at cost" lipsync bundle discount or something closer to your cost maybe that is the hook we need ;)

Hi SportySpice, try again with a new template / video today - a fix has been deployed on audio/video sync for those users who experienced it.
We have actually implemented a whole new approach with consolidated videos created for every contact in a table to ensure there shouldn't be any other alignment issues - but worth checking you are using a new template and recorded video.
