Q: inflected languages
Hi, how sendr handles inflected languages (mostly slavic like polish/slovak/czech/croatian/bulgarian/russian) when writing dynamic data especially first name or role? In english there is no problem (only 2: John / John's vs polish: Jan / Janie / Jana / Janowi...)

Sep 4, 2025A: Hi rmroz,
Sendr is unicode compliant in the way we handle text, which means we can support Slavic languages for dynamic data. You are welcome to open a free account to test this out - you can put a "Hold" value for variables on a personalised page to see this, without having to process a campaign and use credits.
For dynamic audio, we currently support the following languages:
Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, and Ukrainian.
Best,
Dave
Im unable to test it on a free account - only contact import and template creation possible. I cant see data studio button either. By the way, it is hard to find any help/tutorials or doc with how-to. So im unable to test how pages would be generated in other languages than english.
And I cant see the option for outreach (email sending). Is it handled elsewhere (via webhooks/zapier)?
Hi rmroz, sounds like we need to help you get up and running - can you ping Ana via the support chat option in the Sendr platform and she'll jump on a call with you!
You can also find help docs in our Help Centre which is linked from Settings, and there are numerous guides and how to videos which you can watch in our community space - but jump on a call with Ana since you have numerous questions and we'd like to help you figure things out quickly :)
My previous response doesn't seem to have threaded - alongside those references below, we'd love to arrange a call to help rmroz, simply message via our support chat and Ana will jump on a call with you.
