Q: LipSync videos credit usage
I am trying to get clarification about the LipSync videos one time credits that come with each plan. How are these credits used? Is it per campaign/page/video created, per contact that is scraped or in the csv, 1 credit per video that can be used over and over for multiple campaigns, or how? This is the one thing holding me up from purchasing at least Tier 3 at the moment. I don't want to have to pay monthly for lipsync credits so clarifying how, when, and why those credits are used would be extremely helpful in my decision making process.

Sep 22, 2025A: Hi Mdubrida, thanks for the message! So the workflow is: You record a video message, select the location of the firstname to personalise in the video, and then upload a contact list and process the campaign to create a page and video for each contact.
We provide the option for Dynamic Videos (where just the audio is cloned per contact, i.e. Like 95% of what our competitors offer) where the credits would be used from your recurring LTD monthly allocation.
OR if you want to try our incredible LipSync videos (where the lips are also adjusted in super high quality per contact), then we are offering an upfront bucket of lipsync videos per LTD (no expiry on these) and then additional lipsync bundles can be purchased with a 40% Sumoling discount for life, per this rate card:

So in that workflow above, if you select LipSync video it would use 1 of your lipsync credits for each video produced in that campaign. The output will be a pagelink per contact with that lipsync video, so you can absolutely re-use these if you wanted to.
