Q: Monthly credits/charges
I purchased the tier 4 package and I'm wondering if there are monthly charges and whether credits roll over or we simply get a new batch of credits every month.

Sorry for the delay - no monthly charges, we don't have credit rollover but your monthly allocation of credits gets renewed each month in your account!
