Q: Ouch! What happened..?
I signed up on your website to see the demo. I opened your email in Thunderbird and the "Personalized page" link doesn't work. It has an odd gmail internal link, which, when I click it, changes the email into source code. Huh? There is no workable link in the email.
I have NEVER experienced this weird issue with any email (and I receive literally thousands of emails every week - I also used to run a SaaS company that delivered millions of emails a day so I'm not new to this - but this has left me scratching my head).
The fact that an email outreach app would send an email that breaks one of the leading open source email clients and the link in it can't be opened is a HUGE red flag. How hard is it to send a standard email that works in any client? This has shaken my confidence in Sendr - I don't feel confident about buying any more.

Sep 1, 2025A: What you experienced wasn’t caused by Sendr’s core product, but by a glitch in the automation we use with Instantly.ai to send out our demo links over the weekend. A small batch of emails ended up with broken links - appears yours unfortunately was included.
To be clear: this doesn’t affect the actual personalized pages, dynamic videos, or enrichment Sendr creates for customers. Those continue to work across standard clients and platforms.
