Q: Proposed workflow and credit consumption.
I want to create 50 templates on various client-relevant topics, select specific ones per client, and customize them. The workflow: write a technical document, email it to a client with clickable templates that visually explain sections using graphics, etc., to engage them. Is this possible, and how does it work with credits? Essentially, I need a system to automate tailoring and syncing templates to clients based on the document.
That said, I really don't understand how the crediting system works. Like in the example above, if I send 50 technical documents out to clients with the workflow I described above, what are we talking about with credits?

Sep 19, 2025A: Hi Matthew, if I've understood your use case then Sendr would be perfect for this. There is no template limitation per workspace (unlimited), and you can use unlimited variables on page as well as custom embeds (e.g. Figma decks etc).
So you can definitely create a suite of page templates per topic, with engaging sections, personalised to whatever depth you want per contact, and then share these as links or with the preview video GIF in emails with clients.
It's 1 credit per page per contact in this scenario - contact us on support if you'd like to map out the scenario a bit futher and we can confirm the credits for this.
Thanks,
Dave, John, Ana & the Sendr team
Thank you very much for that information. I really appreciate it, and I'll certainly. touch base with support. Just a quick question, though. With something like an n8n, or if I connect it into my local LLM via Openrouter/Ollama, would it be possible to have the LLM build a contact page based on its understanding of the tech document automatically?
Hi Matthew, we're actually exploring this with a partner platform who generate GTM messaging per contact (i.e. A page template with every text block set as a variable for the model to update per contact).
So Tl;DR we provide the potential for pages to be generated automatically via our API, including video and audio personalisation, and for unlimited variables. So you could def do this...
