A: Hi Angus, happy to run through this. Some tech details on the screen recorder:

- For camera, we request the browser at a 1080p 16:9 aspect ratio, and 30fps ideally (browser/device may not adhere to exact constraints)
- For display capture, we request the browser at 16:9 aspect ratio. If both camera and screenshare are on, we only record the screenshare (no camera overlay).
- Max recording length is 3 minutes (not applicable to file uploads which are capped at 100MB)
- Videos are re-encoded by MUX to optimize for streaming, a download link is available in a processed template for each contact video (although typically you would use the page links that the video is embedded on for outreach
- No cap or restriction on usage or storage, we have a credit based system for the creation of the AI personalised video and audio
