Q: Zapier, Credits and Lipsync
Hi, as I understand it, the credits recur monthly, while the Lipsync package (e.g., 300 videos in Tier 2) is a one-time, fixed quota.
Let’s say I want to create around 100 lipsynced pre-recorded videos (from one template-video) with individual names each month containing links to my products:
- After three months, my 300 Lipsync videos would be fully consumed.
- At that point, would I need to switch to a regular plan, or can I simply purchase another Lipsync package?
- I want to pre-record my videos with my own software and use this for upload and doing the lipsync. Is this possible?
- Can I simply push the names to my zapier account on a webhook and let zapier trigger sendr to create and deliver the videos to my customer?

You've got it, in terms of the monthly credits and lipsync allocation on top.
Yes, after three months you can simply slide up the Lipsync Addon in the membership section of your account (which will automatically include your 40% lifetime discount as a Sumoling) and select the lipsync allocation you require on a monthly basis, currently our minimum is 500 videos per month. You can start / stop this any time.
Pre-record - absolutely, simply upload your pre-recorded video on your landing page and select "Magic tools" for that video and that will run through our same lipsync pipeline.
And finally 100% - great you're visualising this. Once lipsync is setup for that page, you can push the name variable via Zapier, create the lipsync video and page on the fly, and trigger that to send to your customers (you can also add all the other variables via Zapier to personalise the rest of the page - e.g. Our "See It In Action" workflow creates a personalised subheader with AI for each contact as well as the lipsync).
