Are the docs optimized for mobile view also?
And when you refer to docs, are they web-based - ie like landing pages? And if this is the case, how can we create these docs (HTML, Word files, etc.)? Do they support videos (or links)?
And the docs be sent via SMS or WhatsApp?

Dec 17, 2025A: The documents are viewed in the browser of the recipient so from that perspective they are optimized for the browser. However, we don't modify the documents so they aren't transformed into a new format for mobile.
As for the docs themselves, they are displayed via the browser in PDF form. We do support links in the document (as a PDF would), and we also have link analytics so if you have links our platform tracks if the viewer clicks the links, and how many times links are clicked (in the case of a doc going to multiple people).
The docs can be sent through any means, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, etc. When you upload a doc, it generates a link that you can share in any way that's easiest for your recipient.
