Where can we tack on more esign docs after the deal ends and you leave Appsumo?

I add the text, date, signature field, when I save it by entering and email address it just opens up the original form unedited, I tried mutiple times to see if it was going to, Nothing... First time I used it I had the same issue and after a month or so, I go back to having the same issue. Please advise what is the issue or how we can fix it asap. Thanks

A: Hi charle,
Currently with our flow, after adding eSignature to the document by adding the fields and completing by adding the email, you will be returned to the original page where you initially upload the file. At this point you need to fully complete the process by clicking "Create link". This will finalize everything and provide you with a link to the document.
I take it these are for each month? So if I add on 25 e-sigs I'll have 30/month total to use?

A: Thanks for your question! The add-ons are one-time-use signature credits. The system always uses the reusable credits first, so if you have 5 reusable and 5 one-time-use, if you only use 5 in a given month then you keep the 5 one-time-use for another month. The one-time-use credits also do not expire so you can keep them for if you have a month where you exceed the reusable amount.
And when you refer to docs, are they web-based - ie like landing pages? And if this is the case, how can we create these docs (HTML, Word files, etc.)? Do they support videos (or links)?
And the docs be sent via SMS or WhatsApp?

A: The documents are viewed in the browser of the recipient so from that perspective they are optimized for the browser. However, we don't modify the documents so they aren't transformed into a new format for mobile.
As for the docs themselves, they are displayed via the browser in PDF form. We do support links in the document (as a PDF would), and we also have link analytics so if you have links...
