Service was once good, and now keyword results don't show and support is dead

Disappointed with the Seodity team for abandoning this project, leaving those who spent many hundreds of dollars out to dry.

Dead deal

The projects are currently not demonstrating accurate data, and the level of support has been unsatisfactory. I have not received a response for the past six months.

I'm not satisfied, it was a disappointing experience.

After an initial period, the policies changed, and moreover, support doesn't respond. Many projects are inexplicably blocked, with no way to see updated metrics.

Another LTD changed after the vendor got their money from Sumolings...They want you to buy credits for features

I bought the max tier and spent more money for max competitor research through Marchin's email link, but now I can't add keywords to track and have to buy credits.

I was supposed to have 8000 keywords tracked without needing credits. I am unable to add anymore keywords to the software currently. I hope AppSumo takes action against this vendor.

Very disappointing experience

I initially had high hopes for Seodity, despite some early hiccups. The support was responsive at first, which kept me optimistic. However, since December 2024, the software has stopped working, and the support has vanished. They simply don't reply to any inquiries.

The last communication I received was a vague promise to forward my issue to the developers, but I have little faith in that. Considering their lowest subscription tier costs €48, it's baffling why they'd risk losing so many customers by ignoring the "issue".

In my opinion, they're trying to phase out all the lifetime deals purchased through Appsumo.

Very disappointing experience.
Can Appsumo advise on how to handle this situation?
