Since we're using AI in many of our features, there's a cost every time someone uses SEOpital to generate an article. We’ve structured Tiers 1 and 2 with that in mind — this is the maximum number of credits we can offer while still keeping enough financial margin to continue improving the tool daily.
If, in the future, our content production costs go down, we might consider adding a new tier 😉

I purchased Tier 2 using my gmail account today at about 9:10 E.S.T. that starts with dkf and activated it via Google sign on. But only the free account I previously set up is showing (2 credits only left).
I could not find a support email so I am raising the issue via this Question
