Originally, liked the product, but mostly liked the upcoming features promises. Invested in it heavily and bought other platforms the same founder created as integrations. Now, the people who supported them and helped them get to where they are are left with a half useable platform and a lot of resentment. I am not paying again for all the features I was promised the first time were included. You literally launched your platform with our money. We waited years for your upgrades only to have them sold to us now. No thank you. Unless you change your policy on this you will no longer have my business on this platform or any other you launch or have launched.
The product wasn't "great" to begin with. it was OK. What I got, was not worth the purchase really and didnt do anything every other software out there does. All the hope was in the new features. By the time they work out the bugs, they will want to charge you to use it again. Don't believe the promises.

I have mixed feelings.
When Serpstat startet at Appsumo it seemed interesting.
However, the author treated the community Appsumo in a typical marketing manner.
Has not provided development for Lifetime accounts.
Leaving them behind.
Now I propose to switch to the paid version. :(
