I've stopped using this tool because it takes ages to see some results. It's so frustrating slow to the point it's pretty much unusable. Got a gigabit connection, so it's not on my end. Even had a talk with some of their representatives promising to get back to me but never heard from them again.

Easy to start a new campaign and monitor/edit.

Couple of small annoyances like a popup bar that keeps asking to rate the app and UI stuff.

Overall great value.

I bought a few codes and have been using SerpWatch for several months. It's easy to set up, works well, and I love the daily automated emails so I don't have to login to the dashboard all the time.

Decent support (not the greatest in terms of response time but it could have just been too much volume at the time)

The rankings aren't the most accurate at times but it does provide an overall idea of what my rank may be at the time.

I do like the reports it sends me on a frequent basis

I recently bought another offer on Appsumo for tracking Ranktracker keywords. And suddenly SerpWatch appeared with its generous tracking limits specifically for Black Friday. I decided to give him a chance.

What I liked ❤️:

- Higher limits on keyword tracking;
- the function of checking the site's ranking in the search using screenshots for the last 10 days. This will definitely be useful when negotiating with clients;
- the ability to flexibly adjust the frequency of verification, from an hour, several hours, 3 days, a week, a month.
- flexible keyword filtering by device type, search engine, tracking location, domain. It's great to have Yandex!!! But I noticed an oddity. You cannot select a smartphone as a device for Yandex. Maybe it's a bug?
- YouTube tracking. It would be great to add another keyword research tool for this platform. For example, as in Topic Mojo.

What upset you 🙇‍♀️ :

- Even at the lowest rate, Ranktracker includes a keyword research tool. I was stunned that there is no such thing, at least within the limit of 1000-2000 words. You offer an extension for $24 per month with a limit of 25,000 keywords. Well, this is also cool, but how can we agree to purchase an addon if we are not given the opportunity to try this functionality. I would like the keyword research tool to be of the same highest level as the service keys.so
What can you say about adding a monthly revolving loan to all Appsumo buyers as part of the LTD deal within 1000-2000 words? I think this would encourage many with more pleasure to then pay monthly for an addon for a larger number of words, because it's so difficult to refuse a good one. Ranktracker did just that.

What I would like to improve 👀:

- solve the problem with keyword filtering in Yandex by device type. I can't choose mobile devices;
- add an alert to Telegram (besides Slack);
- improve the UX/UI inside the control panel. Competitors are still more comfortable and does not look so toylike.
- add an SEO content recommendation tool based on LSI, TF-IDF, keyword placement, keyword density, etc. (this is available in the Labrika service)
- add a technical SEO audit tool and a website auditor with more than 180 ranking factors (this is available in the Labrika service);
-I would like an accurate assessment of CPC, especially for countries where the main currency is not $, but the Russian ruble, for example.
