My concern is regarding your reviews here : they are unfortunately bad… and most of them are about : lacking support.

At the same time, I’ve seen an impressive review about your app on youtube = that’s why I am willing to purchase it.

But, I’m still not sure… as I just said : awesome app… but terrible support.

To be short my question is: What happened ? Are you guys passionate about your project ? Do you or the team have the fuel, fire, desire to turn this app into a successful business story ?

Because SERPWizz is really powerful !

I would love, if you can explain to us the reality that we cannot see (like what’s your daily routine to make it work, run and scale it to make it bigger). Who are the persons in charge + Is it easy for you to follow the roadmap and make it done + why there’s a lack of support? How do you see the future of this project in the next or 2 years ?

I know behind your screen, you can respond to me (or us) by writing whatever you want… but my meaning is : I hope that SERPWizz is not a secondary project or a project that will disappear…

Because again; SERPWizz is really a powerful app !

I am ready to purchase your app.

But, are you guys ready to turn those bad reviews into meaningful reasons to scale this wonderful app into a multi-million dollar business ?
